A match is when a receipt is linked to a bank transaction — either automatically by AI or manually by you. Uploading receipts or statements doesn't count against your limit. Only confirmed matches do.
Yes. Changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you're charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle. No penalties or lock-in periods.
