Automate Receipt Extraction & Management

Mintline automatically extracts receipts from your email and lets you upload them manually.

Receipt Sources

Gmail Import

Connect your Gmail account and Mintline will automatically find and extract receipts from order confirmations, invoices, and purchase emails.

Manual Upload

Upload receipt PDFs or images directly. Our AI extracts vendor, date, amount, and line items automatically.

Gmail Setup

To connect Gmail, go to your dashboard and click "Connect Gmail". You'll be asked to grant read-only access to your email.

Privacy: Mintline only reads emails that match receipt patterns (order confirmations, invoices, etc.). Personal emails are never accessed or stored.

Extracted Data

For each receipt, Mintline extracts:

  • •Vendor name - The merchant or company
  • •Purchase date - When the transaction occurred
  • •Total amount - The total charged
  • •Currency - USD, EUR, etc.
  • •Line items - Individual items with quantities and prices
  • •Tax and subtotal - When available

Managing Receipts

Search & Filter

Search receipts by vendor name. Filter by date range, amount, or match status (matched, unmatched, hidden).

Tags

Organize receipts with custom tags like "Business", "Travel", or "Tax Deductible" for easy categorization.

Next Steps

Once you have receipts, upload bank statements to start matching.
